The NATURA I-X is created in a process of both photographing the magmatic manifestation of the unstable weather in Icelandic nature and then to interface the digital tecnic with lithography in a new way, using an early printing method.

The photos were taken in the fire lava Eldhraun and on the Myrdals glacier; frostroses in the wintertime and green warm desert moss in the springtime.The prints were made at the Print studio of Rikhard Valtingojer in Stodvafjordur 2008, using his 120 year old stone print machine.

Due to the exerimental character of this creative process, each print is only available in very few editions, varying from 3 to maximum of 10 each.
